Project Creation
This document explains how projects are created and managed in the Nyla AI platform.
Overview
Nyla AI allows users to propose AI project ideas on social media, and the community votes on which projects should be built. Projects that receive enough interactions are developed by the Nyla AI Labs team.
Project Lifecycle
Projects in the Nyla AI platform move through a well-defined lifecycle:
Proposal: Users propose project ideas by mentioning the Nyla AI account on social media
Requested: Projects start here when users mention Nyla AI with their idea
Pending: Projects with sufficient community support are reviewed by the team
Active: The Nyla AI team actively develops the project
Completed: The project is finished and published as an open-source repository
How to Propose a Project
To propose a new AI project:
Mention the Nyla AI account on social media with your project idea
The Nyla AI bot will automatically respond and add your project to the database
Your project will be visible on the Nyla AI platform for community voting
Example Proposal:
@AgentNyla I'd love to see an AI tool that can automatically generate documentation from code comments.
Community Voting
Once a project is created, the community can vote on it through:
Social media interactions (likes, retweets, comments)
Direct votes on the Nyla AI platform
Projects with higher community support are prioritized for development.
Project Selection Criteria
The Nyla AI team evaluates projects based on:
Community interest (interaction points)
Technical feasibility
Resource availability
Strategic alignment with platform goals
Project Development
When a project is selected for development:
The Nyla AI team assigns developers to the project
Development work begins with regular progress updates shared with the community
The community can provide feedback throughout the development process
Completed projects are published as open-source repositories
Project Transparency
Throughout the project lifecycle, the Nyla AI platform maintains transparency by:
Displaying project status and progress
Showing community support metrics
Providing regular development updates
Linking to GitHub repositories for completed projects
